Include your account email
In the email body, include the email address you used to register your ScaffDocs account so we can locate and delete the correct account.

We'll confirm and delete
We'll send you a confirmation email and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile
- Company name, address and contact details
- Company logo
- All scaffolding documents (RAMS, inspections, handover certificates)
- Invoices and client records
- Safe Start briefing records
- Job register entries
- All uploaded photos and images
